When Shopfloor Intelligence Meets business Execution
Manufacturers generate enormous volumes of operational data across machines, sensors, and production systems. Yet in many organisations, this data remains trapped within disconnected systems and rarely reaches the platforms where strategic decisions are made.
The result is limited operational visibility, slower response times, and missed opportunities to optimise production performance.
At Hannover Messe, InspireXT will demonstrate how manufacturers can bridge this gap by connecting shopfloor intelligence with business execution.
Together with Litmus and Oracle, we help organisations transform industrial data into real-time insights that improve manufacturing performance, strengthen operational visibility, and support faster, data-driven decision-making across the business.
Better Together: Litmus + Oracle + InspireXT
Manufacturers generate vast amounts of operational data across machines, sensors, and production systems. The real challenge is not collecting this data — it is turning it into decisions that improve performance across the business.
This is where Litmus, Oracle, and InspireXT work better together.
Litmus captures and contextualises real-time machine and shopfloor data, creating a strong foundation for industrial intelligence.
Oracle brings that intelligence into business workflows across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain operations, enabling organisations to move from visibility to execution.
InspireXT connects these capabilities through its Connected Shopfloor approach, ensuring shopfloor data flows seamlessly into business systems and translates into measurable operational outcomes.
Together, Litmus, Oracle, and InspireXT help manufacturers move beyond disconnected systems to a connected manufacturing ecosystem where data, operations, and decision-making work as one.
The outcome is greater visibility, improved production performance, and faster, data-driven decisions across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Why Meet Us at Hannover Messe
Manufacturing leaders today are exploring new ways to connect industrial data, optimise production operations, and build more resilient supply chains. A short conversation with the InspireXT team can help you explore practical approaches to achieving this.
During our discussion, we can explore:
How to connect machines, sensors, and production systems with business platforms
Ways to improve real-time visibility across manufacturing operations
Strategies to reduce downtime and improve production performance
How connected manufacturing ecosystems support smarter decision-making
Meet the Team
Our manufacturing and supply chain experts will be available during Hannover Messe to discuss connected shopfloor strategies and operational transformation.

What InspireXT covered at Hannover Messe 2026
At Hannover Messe 2026 in Hannover, Germany, from 20 to 24 April, InspireXT’s team met manufacturers alongside its partners Litmus and Oracle. These are the questions manufacturers bring to us about smart factory and IT/OT projects, with the answers we gave.
What is InspireXT’s Connected Shopfloor?”
Connected Shopfloor is InspireXT’s approach to connecting the shop floor to the business. It links machines, sensors and production systems to ERP and business workflows, whatever edge platform or IoT gateway the plant uses, so plant data reaches the people who plan, schedule and report. At Hannover Messe, we showed it with our partners Litmus and Oracle.
How do InspireXT and Litmus work together?
InspireXT became a Litmus strategic partner in January 2026. Litmus’s Industrial DataOps platform collects machine data on the shop floor and adds context to it. InspireXT designs the architecture, connects that data to business systems through Connected Shopfloor, and supports manufacturers from first deployment to multi-site rollout.
How do you connect shop floor machines to Oracle Fusion Cloud?
In four steps. Litmus collects data from PLCs, machines and sensors at the edge. The data is structured around how the plant actually runs. It then flows into Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Maintenance and Quality. Finally, workflow rules turn exceptions, such as a machine fault or a quality drift, into actions in those systems.
What does a smart factory need besides sensors?
A path from the machine to a decision. Most plants already collect machine data, but it stops in local systems. A smart factory also needs a connectivity roadmap, data models that match how the plant runs, links into ERP and MES, and rules that act on exceptions. Connected Shopfloor covers each of these.
Does InspireXT support manufacturers in the UK and Europe?
Yes. InspireXT’s UK team works from its London office at 167–169 Great Portland Street and supports manufacturers across the UK and Europe. Geoff Lloyd, Regional Delivery Leader for Europe, leads delivery in the region.
Will InspireXT be at Hannover Messe 2027?
