Business Challenges

- Built Oracle Procurement across direct and indirect: Standardized approval structures, supplier management, and spend visibility across both categories in one place.
- Deployed Oracle Inventory Management: Centralized stock visibility across all Ocado locations in real time, replacing disconnected periodic tracking.
- Enabled Oracle Mobile Inventory: Connected warehouse floor transactions to the core system at the point of activity, removing the offline lag entirely.
- Delivered integration across the platform: Built the integration layer connecting Oracle Cloud modules to each other and Ocado’s wider environment, replacing manual handoffs with clean data flow.
