The Opportunity

  • With diamonds sourced from their own mines, De Beers wanted to have direct traceability to ensure that each diamond sourced upholds social, ethical, & environmental values.
  • The digital age prompted them to rethink their customer engagement strategy.

The Solution

  • InspireXT architected end-to-end process and strategically introduced Oracle Cloud to complement the existing technology assets, reduce front-office complexity, and enhance back-office and customer-facing applications.
  • InspireXT designed a common process model which connected multiple upstream channels such as eCommerce, Point of Sales, several Marketplace, and in-house customer service channels.
